Nuface is a unique brand with their face toning devices that use microcurrents to stimulate the muscles in your face and neck. This leads to an increased production of elastic and collagen for younger looking skin. They offer several different devices, and today we’re going to look at Nuface Fix vs ELE Attachment.
We’re going to compare Nuface ELE Attachment vs Fix based on power, suggested use, battery life, other uses, and their overall differences.
Read on to find out which microcurrent facial toning device is best.
What is NuFace Fix?
This is one of the smallest Nuface devices as it’s the size of mascara and fits easily in your purse or pocket. Just like the Nuface Trinity line, this is a facial toning device that uses a small microcurrent to stimulate the muscles for increased amounts of collagen and elastin. This leads to younger looking skin.
As a small device, you might be wondering what you can do with the Fix Nuface. This is meant to be used on your lips, around your eyes, forehead, and any other area with fine lines. You’ll find that this works incredibly well on fine lines, and it even produces results after just six minutes.
What is NuFace ELE Attachment?
You’ll find that the Nuface ELE device is very similar to Fix, which is why we pitted them against each other with this Nuface Fix vs ELE Attachment review. ELE stands for Effective Lip and Eye Attachment, and it lives up to its name for working on both your lips and eyes.
Unlike Fix, which is a standalone device, ELE attaches to either the Nuface Trinity Pro or the standard Trinity (read Nuface Trinity Pro vs Trinity vs Mini for more info). It cannot be used on its own. At the same time, the attachment is somewhat smaller than Fix, but it’s wider. You should have no problem carrying it around if needed.

Power
Both of these devices use a microcurrent and they don’t have a tremendous amount of power. Remember that you only want to stimulate the muscles, you don’t want to shock them. That being said, having slightly more power is better as this should produce a stronger stimulation, which should lead to more elastin and collagen.
The Nuface Fix has 335 microamps of power. This is the standard for most Nuface devices and effectively gets under the skin so you see fewer lines after only a few sessions. Also, when paired with the proper Nuface gel, you shouldn’t feel a thing while using this.
What about Nuface ELE? This is an attachment and it works with two different devices that both happen to have different power levels. If paired with the regular Nuface Trinity, then you’ll get 335 microamps of power. If paired with Nuface Trinity Pro, then it’s increased to 400 microamps.
So, while ELE gets the conditional victory here as it can be better if paired with Nuface Pro, they are functionally very similar. While 400 microamps should work faster, both are still highly effective for removing lines.
Nuface Fix vs ELE Attachment: Suggested Use
In this section we’re going to discuss where the devices can be used on your face and how long they are suggested to be used.
Fix devices are meant for quick sessions, so it’s suggested that you use them for about 3 minutes in the treatment area and twice a day. Be sure to apply the Fix serum before using the device for better conductivity, and to reduce shocks on your skin.
You can use it longer than 3 minutes, but try not to bypass 5-6 minutes in total on the area. Doing more than this won’t produce better results and it might become stressful on your facial muscles and skin.
ELE is similar, but this device is meant for longer sessions. It’s suggested you use it for about 5 minutes and for 5 days a week for the first two months. After that, you can reduce it to 2-3 days per week, but the same 5-minute sessions. You will need Nuface gel to make this work properly.
Neither is really better than the other. We prefer ELE because it’s better to get everything done in one session instead of two, but that all depends on your perspective. If you’re really busy, then the Fix’s 3-minute sessions might be better.
Nuface ELE Attachment vs Fix: Battery Life
Both of these are portable devices with rechargeable batteries, they also both use lithium ion batteries for the best battery life and overall longevity. That being said, you probably notice that the devices are very differently sized. Fixed is quite small. While both Trinity devices aren’t large, they are significantly bigger than Fix. This allows them to have a larger battery.
The Nuface Fix battery life is around 8-10 hours of continuous use. Considering that you’re only using it about 3-6 minutes per day, this allows you to use Fix for a very long time before it needs to be recharged. The recharging time is about 15 hours in total.
As for Nuface ELE Attachment, the battery life is 12 hours of continuous use. Just like with Fix, this allows it to last a very long time between each recharging. The recharging time, surprisingly, is shorter than Fix. It only takes 12 hours to recharge it compared to the Fix’s 15 hours.
Both are good. While ELE is technically better due to Trinity being a better device in general, Fix is actually quite good as well. You really won’t notice a huge difference between the two.

What is the Difference Between Nuface Fix and ELE Attachment?
Curious about what is the difference between Nuface Attachment and Fix? While they both treat similar areas of the face, there are a number of differences between them.
Let’s first talk about the different treatment areas. Both of these are able to reduce fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes and lips. The major difference between these two is that Fix is also made to work on your forehead and other parts of your face, which makes it more versatile. While ELE can likely do this as well, it’d be better to use the Trinity’s other attachments for this.
Another difference is portability. Fix is very portable because it’s the size of mascara. ELE is portable as well, but it might be attached to a Trinity device. While Trinity and Trinity Pro are both very portable, they are larger than Fix.
When it comes to battery life, they are similar, but ELE lasts somewhat longer and takes less time to charge.
Lastly, ELE is more powerful if attached to a Trinity Pro, but they are the same power if attached to a regular Trinity.
Final Thoughts
It’s hard to say which is better because it depends on what you’re looking for and if you already have a Trinity. If you do have Trinity, then the ELE attachment is somewhat better. While it doesn’t work on your forehead, it makes the Trinity and Trinity Pro far more versatile and it’s a portable attachment.
If you don’t have a Trinity, or if you just want something very portable for quick facial toning, then Nuface Fix would be better. This is a powerful device that easily fits into any pocket or purse. While it can’t do your neck and chin, it does wonders with your lips, eyes, and forehead.
